The roulette wheel on the map area of Evony is called the Wheel of Fortune. This wheel, which is activated by the Aries amulet, provides the spinner with one item of varying importance.

I find that collecting my amulet each day and than saving them until I have 4+ I usually receive atleast one good Item, I got a build a building 8 hours quicker last week.

What does the stop botton do?
For me the stop button does nothing. It’s not even active.
The most common item I have found to receive is the “Junior Battalion”. Probably received jb’s around 20 – 25% of the time. 4 jb’s out of the last 6 spins for e.g.
Stop button only stops the wheel from spinning if for example you had 10 amulets, and it asks you how many you want to you, you select 10, but then you spill your beer in your lap when you see you won 1000 cents, so you hit the stop button, go change your pants and come back to brag about what happened.
