After a month straight of traffic decline on the Evony.com (according to Alexa.com), they have gone on the offensive, blaming a blogger for their demise.
Bruce Everiss, a veteran gaming marketer, has received two letters from an Australian law firm threatening to sue him over reviews of the gaming company’s advertising campaign and business practices.
Now let’s get something cleared up.. We love Evony. We run a site dedicated to it, give everything away free, and sit online, or 4-5 servers, all day. However, we went to Bruce’s site before this and never saw anything defamatory… We went back – Still nothing.
This does one thing for Evony.. it discredits them.

I like Evony. Ive not got bored of it. To all those idiots who think it gets boring plundering Npcs. Then why not get in a war. Maybe get in a big alliance. On server3 im in an alliance called SEED. We dont get bored, bc. in chat we crack jokes. We talk about everyday life, and we attack anyone we want. If we get attacked then ask another member to reinforce you.
Ive been in SEED for almost 6 months. And im still having fun. We plunder,Talk, and we have fun doing it.
idk about you guys, but if u want to get in a fun alliance then go for the big ones.
So wat if you reach lv10 everything. Wat you do after that is train millions of troops. Attack someone and wipe the person ur attacking out. The person will then mail you saying somnething bad about you, then wat you do is laugh at him.
Im going to play Evony along time!

1 more thing. Daveo is right on one thing. Honor does suck. Why would you even get honor. And the coins.
But u guys are wrong about everything else.
Coins are to expensive and hold realistically very little value in the game…
People are getting tired of farming and have found that the end game result is boring and not worth the time or effort to up keep…
No extra building queue or extra slot… a lot of other games are gaining players because they have this…
There’s a lot of reasons why Evony AGE I is falling apart…
There’s even more reasons why AGE II will find a similar demise…

The only way the developers will change anything is if it will help their revenue stream. Anybody who wishes to change things instead of just moan about it in chat or on the forums needs to do one thing:
TELL THEM THAT YOU WON’T GIVE THEM ANY MORE MONEY UNLESS THEY FIX THEIR MISTAKES AND THEN DON’T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR MISTAKES.
The medal drop rate on the new servers is unacceptably low. I’m not sending them a dime until it improves.
