Overview
The time it takes for construction, research, or recruitment can be reduced in several ways. Using a certain item, assigning a hero as mayor, and researching various advancements are all ways to reduce the time needed for an action.
Reduce Construction Times
Heroes’ Politics attribute reduces initial construction time. (See Stats)
Research Construction to reduce initial construction time.
Click Speed Up and select one of the items to reduce the total Construction time.
Reduce Research Times
Heroes’ Intelligence attribute reduces initial Research time. (See Stats)
Click Speed Up and select one of these items to reduce the total research time.
Reduce Recruitment Times
A Hero’s Attack attribute reduces initial recruitment time. (See Stats)
Research Military Science to reduce the initial recruitment time.
Apply Napoleon’s Diary to a training group to reduce the initial recruitment time.
In the Barracks, click Speed Up and select one of these items to reduce the total recruitment time.

I can’t change the status of my mayor and hero from dismiss WHY
U cant have a status as dismiss
if you get a very high attack like 1000 you have these unit in no sconds worker,warrior,scout,pikeman,swordsman and archers
does the attack level of a hero has any advantage in defenses? am thinking of redistributing all the attributes of my mayor to politics.
